Armsthrift (Japanese: 武器節約 Weapon Saver) is a combat skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Awakening. Associated with the Mercenary class, it gives the user a chance to not decrease their weapon's durability when used to attack.
||The durability of the user's weapon will not decrease when striking an enemy.
||(Luck × 2)%
||Activation of Armsthrift applies only to each individual strike in a round of attacking, and activating only once will not cover all strikes dealt.
- It is possible to exploit Armsthrift's activation rate to ensure a 100% or greater chance of activation, by using it with a unit who possesses at least 50 Luck; the standard cap for promoted units is 45, but can be increased through an individual unit's maximum stat modifiers. Without the use of other skills, the options are:
- All children of a Luck-asset Robin, except Severa, Noire and Yarne, if the Avatar's flaw is not HP, Speed, or Defense (Morgan may or may not be capable, depending on her mother/his father);
- Owain, Brady, and Nah, if Donnel was their father.
- Otherwise, it is possible to artificially boost Luck into this level for all other promoted units who can access the skill through pairing up, or use of skills such as Rally Luck, Rally Spectrum, Luck +4, All Stats +2 or Limit Breaker.
