Wolfpup Fang

Wolfpup Fang (Japanese: 人狼娘の爪牙 Wolfskin Daughter's Claws and Fangs) is a weapon skill in the beast category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Velouria. Wolfpup Fang boosts its user's speed, and reduces both its user's and their Pair Up partner's special cooldown counts.
