Whitecap Bow

Whitecap Bow (Japanese: 白波の弓 White-crested wave bow) is a weapon skill in the bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. When its user is not at low HP, Whitecap Bow boosts its user's attack and speed, and allows them to attack twice consecutively if they also initiate combat and are significantly faster than their foe.
