Not to be confused with the light magic from other games in the series.

White magic (Japanese: しろまほう White magic) is a weapon type in the Fire Emblem series apparing exclusively in Fire Emblem Gaiden and its remake Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. It is comprised of the game's support spells. Spells not exclusive to Gaiden generally appear as staves in other games in the series. Along with black magic, white magic makes up the broader magic weapon type in the original NES release, but it is split from it in the remake.
