First conversation

Wendell: ...So, in other words, the Starsphere broke into twelve pieces and those pieces are the star shards. Each of them has a name and effect associated with one of the twelve constellations.
Kris: I see... Interesting. Lord Wendell, you really do know everything don't you?
Wendell: That's not true. I only know what Lord Gotoh taught me.
Kris: Lord Gotoh... But you know almost as much as he does, right?
Wendell: No... Not nearly that much. Lord Gotoh stands on an entirely different level to me.

Wendell: Yes. Sir/Dame Kris, what do you think about Lord Gotoh?

Second conversation

Wendell: Sir/Dame Kris, do you know the story of the hero Anri?
Wendell: Kris: Why, of course. He was Prince Marth's great ancestor, and the first King of Altea.
Wendell: Yes, and the savior of the world who vanquished Medeus with the divine sword Falchion.... Anri received the Falchion from the Sage of the North... None other than Lord Gotoh himself.
Kris: So that's how... Then, that means Lord Gotoh saved our ancestors and, by extension, all of us.

Third conversation

Wendell: Sir/Dame Kris, I have told you how Lord Gotoh has saved Altea multiple times, but naturally, he has done far more than just that. The magic we study in Khadein... That magic was given to men by Lord Gotoh himself.
Kris: Magic itself...?
Wendell: Yes. Were it not for Lord Gotoh, there would be no magic in this world.
Kris: T-that's...! That is amazing beyond belief!
Wendell: Yes, indeed... Originally, Lord Gotoh gave magic to mankind in order to help us. He was saddened to see it later used as a tool for war...
