New page creation for locations

Hi! I understand there isn't an easy template for location pages, but at the bare minimum you should be including the relevant navbox ("{{Nav16}}", in this case), categories, and etymology and other languages (even if you only know the English name), the Sreng page you made has none of these. PAL differences in FE11

I don't think it's necessary to have the PAL variant in a hover note because there are literally hundreds of differences between the two English FE11s instead of only a handful. Generally, pages are moved only after there has been a discussion on whether to move them. Of the last four or so pages you've moved, I don't believe any were discussed prior, and they don't seem to be clear "there is no reason not to move this" cases. Please do not remove column or row values from chapter data sections in Path of Radiance articles. I know you stated that they don't exist in pages for other chapters, but that is not because we do not want them there; it is simply because no one has added them there yet.
