Computer Entertainment Rating Organization (Japan)
The Computer Entertainment Rating Organization (CERO) is an organization formed in 2002 that rates video games in Japan.
In 2006, CERO's current rating system went into place, which replaced the previous ratings with ones featuring letters of the Latin alphabet.
Content descriptors were introduced in 2004, but they were not used for Fire Emblem games until Fire Emblem Awakening because content descriptors are not used for "A"-rated games.
