Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War

Tornado (Japanese: トルネード Tornado) is a powerful wind tome which debuted in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. It is roughly equivalent in power and esteem to Bolganone and Thoron, generally sharing the same weapon level and accordingly acting as the penultimate wind tome and their counterpart, surpassed only by legendary weapons such as Forseti. In Awakening and Heroes, Tornado does not appear and its role as the penultimate wind tome is filled instead by Rexcalibur.
