Time's Pulse is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Time's Pulse 1, Time's Pulse 2, and Time's Pulse 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Time's Pulse skill allows its user to accelerate any maximized special skill cooldown count at the start of its user's phase; the amount of time between this skill's activations accelerates with the skill's tier.
