Mercenary (Japanese: マーセナリー or ようへい Mercenary) is a sword using class that appears in TearRing Saga: Yutona Heroes War Chronicles, TearRing Saga Series: Berwick Saga and Vestaria Saga I: War of the Scions.
In TearRing Saga: Yutona Heroes War Chronicles, Mercenary is a class in the mercenary category that is enemy exclusive and thus has no promotion. It has more powerful stats than Fighter, but lower stats than Hero.
In TearRing Saga Series: Berwick Saga, it is an un-promoted playable class can be promoted to Bastard in TearRing Saga Series: Berwick Saga.
