Keep or Separate?

Well since BrandedOne suggested this on Skype, we're going to debate whether or not to separate Zelgius into "Zelgius" and "Black Knight" or not. So put your thoughts and decisions here. -- Eliwood  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 21:40, 23 January 2011 (MST)

Support Split

  1. I stand by my gut feeling on this. Despite being the same person, Zelgius and the Black Knight have very separate, distinct roles in the games they appear in. Though Zelgius is the man under the black armor, he himself is acting as a different character, and therefore is seen as such by everyone in-universe (except for Sephiran) until the end of Radiant Dawn. Both characters have enough information on them that they could each sufficiently support a separate article. Somewhere in Zelgius' article, we could have a sub-section "Zelgius as the Black Knight" with a short summary linking to the Black Knight article, which would have a sub-section "Black Knight's True Identity" with a short summary linking to the Zelgius article. I think separate articles would work really well, once they've been developed. BrandedOne 21:56, 23 January 2011 (MST)
  2. Well, it is a huge spoiler first off. Second, both have enough info to have their own page. {{subst:User:SuperAlpaca/Sig}} 14:00, 24 January 2011 (MST)
  3. They're the same person, but have wildly different roles! And it's a spoiler. Yeah. I actually still don't know who Zelgius is, but it's kind of disappointing to know now... Seritinajii 17:14, 24 January 2011 (MST)

Oppose Split

  1. I don't support it because they are the same character so why should they have different pages? That and I don't think there would be any use for them being separate if they make short articles. The number of articles don't count, but the quality does. -- Eliwood  (My Talk Page) (My Contributions) 21:40, 23 January 2011 (MST)
