Romanization of Japanese names

How come some of the romanized Japanese names of the characters (specificially non-playable characters) have all their letters capitalized? Shouldn't only the first letter be capitalized? Mr. Kite (talk) 20:24, 9 June 2020 (UTC)

It's already explained in the explaination for the "NoJ" column early on on the page, but in a nutshell, these are names derived primarily from the internal game files as opposed to an official romanization. --Shiningpikablu252 (talk) 01:19, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
File names are not treated on the same level as "official romanizations" (i.e. a rendering of the character's name in English in Japanese sources); oftentimes direct translations should be preferred to the internal names. A notable exception to this is with character names in Fire Emblem Fates which override the 4koma book's names because they are entirely consistent with other merchandise and such while the 4koma book does not match other merchandise. Also "official romanizations" were essentially abandoned in Three Houses (and partially in Shadows of Valentia) in favor of just using the localized names. PikaSamus (talk) 01:47, 10 June 2020 (UTC)
