Translation issues

Hi, while I've been on other wikis and wikias, I'm new here and I have indeed been on the other Fire Emblem wiki. First off, SmashWiki via links to this page is very adamant as much as I am about the translation of "Dragon Fang". The second kanji is anything BUT "fang" and more akin to "drill", and yet as I can quote a user who said this:

"竜穿 is a specific term in Fates whose correct translation is "Dragon Fang"

Now, I cannot tell for sure if the Japanese versions of Fire Emblem Fates/If actually does it this way, or if it's just a mere preference on this wiki.

This is why I personally hate going into translation wars on such information sources, but at least it's not as bad as Chinese. --SneaselSawashiro (talk) 03:28, 4 August 2016 (UTC)
