The Swordslayer , known as Sword Killer in some earlier translations, is a sword introduced in Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem and only appearing again in the DS remake of its second book. In its original appearance, it served to deal effective damage to Mercenaries and Heroes; this effect was amended in the remake to also deal effective damage to Myrmidons and Swordmasters as well, in line with the weapon's axe counterpart.
