The Sword Knight (Japanese:
Sword knights use swords, so they can attack from adjacent spaces. They have useful stats in all categories, and their high movement lets them move around quickly, although they cannot cross certain terrain. Since they have low resistance, like other physical classes, they are often vulnerable to magic-using enemies.
In Path of Radiance, sword knights can promote to paladins. In Radiant Dawn, they change class to the Blade Paladin class and can promote again to the Gold Knight class.
