Suttungr's Mystery

Suttungr's Mystery is a tome that debuted in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes. It is one of the Heroes' Relics, and is tied to the Crest of Charon. Obtained by achieving an S rank in Golden Wildfire Chapter 14, it is not plot relevant in any route and is not wielded by any enemy unit in the game.
The tome reduces the cooldown time when using spells by 50%. When wielded by a unit with the Crest of Charon, it also grants them access to the spell Agnea's Arrow. If its wielder can already use that spell, the tome does not provide them any additional effects.
