Surtr's Portent (Japanese: 炎王の脅嚇 Ruler of Flame's Intimidation) is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Surtr's Portent comes in only one tier. If its user is within four spaces of an enemy at the start of their phase, Surtr's Portent temporarily drops the stats of the enemies in closest proximity to the user while temporarily boosting the user's stats in return.
