Surtr's Menace (Japanese: 炎王の威嚇 Flame King's Menace) is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Surtr's Menace comes in only one tier. Surtr's Menace allows its user to boost all of their stats while within two spaces of a target at the start of their turn, while also reducing all of the stats of each foe within two spaces of the user.
