First game

Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn

The Storm Sword (Japanese: 烈風の剣 Storm Sword) is a sword appearing exclusively in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. It is the mid-range member of the Radiant Dawn series of enhanced-range swords that are capable of flinging shockwaves to attack foes at 2 range, rather than being locked to the standard melée range of most other swords; it is superior to the basic Wind Edge but inferior to the Tempest Blade. Despite its respectable power, it is also heavy and has the worst accuracy of any sword in Radiant Dawn and among the worst of all swords in the entire series.

Although it hurls a blast of wind to attack at range, it is not actually a magic sword in that it does not use the user's magic stat or target the enemy's resistance, but sticks with strength and defense.
