As Marth's forces storm Altea Castle, the enemy general Morzas reveals that Marth's mother Liza is dead by his hand while his sister Elice is Gharnef's captive. Marth overcomes Dolhr's forces and slays Morzas. In the aftermath, he laments his failure to reunite with his family to Nyna and Malledus, then leaves to greet his people and participate in the celebration of Altea's liberation.

Stage Overview:
Thieves are stealing treasures from Marth's family vault. Deploy cavalry units to intercept and eliminate the Thieves.
A Manakete is present but doesn't obstruct your path. Avoid or lure with a strong tank (e.g., Wolf or Sedgar) and use magic attacks if you decide to engage.
After Thieves' elimination, defeat the remaining enemies in the treasure room. Collect all available treasures post-cleanup.
Deal with the poorly positioned Manakete in the northwest corner. Attack him safely from two spaces south.
Two Bishops on the east side holding a Fortify and VIP Card (gives access to secret shops, stackable with Silver Card). Assign a unit to defeat them and secure the items.
Clear the area outside the throne room. Save your game at the save point before proceeding.
Throne Room Confrontation:
Use Ballisticians to eliminate the Mage and Bishop from a distance or execute a promoted cavalry charge, then take down the Knights.
Waves of enemy Cavaliers and Knights appear. Position a strong tank at a chokepoint to eliminate them gradually. Caution: Avoid specific spots where enemy Javelins can reach your units.
Secret Shop Location: Alcove north of the throne. Contains Killer weapons, Poleaxes, Longbows, etc. Purchase Poleaxes for upcoming cavalry-heavy battles.
Boss Battle - Morzas:Mage dragon, immune to magic. Use Javelins, Hand Axes, and bows against him. Optionally, use Marth for the finishing move.
Post-Chapter Scenario: If you finish the chapter with 15 or fewer units alive, you proceed to Chapter 17x.
Trivia
At the end of this chapter, Marth is granted the title of "Star Lord" in the Japanese version. The English localization changed this to "our star and savior". However, when Marth appeared as a DLC character in Awakening and Fates, he had his own personal class named "Star Lord" in Japanese. The English localization changed the class name to "Lodestar", losing the reference to Marth's original games.
