Stall Ploy (Japanese: 空転の奇策 Idling Strategy) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Stall Ploy 1, Stall Ploy 2, and Stall Ploy 3 in order from lowest to highest. Stall Ploy turns any active extra-movement effects on foes in cardinal directions from the user into effects restricting them to a single square of movement through their following actions provided their HP is below a certain threshold of the user's; it is currently unknown how the skill's tier affects the effect.
