Spirit Forest Writ
Spirit Forest Writ (Japanese: 精霊の森の秘本 Treasured book of the spirit forest) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the Legendary Hero variation of Deirdre. Spirit Forest Writ accelerates the cooldown count for its user's special skills; it deals bonus damage against wielders of all colors of breath; and if the user is near any allies, it drops the foe's attack and resistance during combat, guarantees the user a follow-up strike, disables the foe's effects allowing them to target whichever of the user's defense or resistance is lower, and further drops the foe's attack and resistance based on how much higher the user's resistance is than the foe's.
