Speed/Resistance Ruse is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Spd/Res Ruse 1, Spd/Res Ruse 2, and Spd/Res Ruse 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Spd/Res Ruse skill, when the user is either the user or recipient of a rally assist skill, drastically drops both the Speed and Resistance of enemies in cardinal directions of both allies involved through their following actions, but also accelerates said enemies' special cooldown during that time; the size of the Speed and Resistance drops are affected by the skill's tier.
