Revision as of 04:27, 27 May 2017
It has been proposed that this page be merged into Sol (weapon). Please discuss this change on the talk page. Reason: Consistency with the Astra proposal, even though this weapon didn't switch weapon type between Gaiden and Shadows of Valentia |

The (Japanese: たいよう, Sun; Sol in Gaiden's fan-translation) is an extremely rare lance appearing exclusively in Fire Emblem Gaiden. The Sol is the game's most powerful lance that additionally restores 5 HP to its wielder when it is equipped. There are no set locations to find this weapon in Gaiden, and can only be found very rarely when it is dropped by Mogall.

Trivia
- Like the Luna lance and Astra lance, Sol shares it's name with the skill introduced in later games.
- Unlike the weapon types assigned to the weapons named Luna and Astra in Gaiden, the weapon type assigned to the weapon named Sol did not change in the transition to Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.
