Sneering Axe

Sneering Axe (Japanese: 笑面の斧 Axe of the Laughing Mask) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of Legion. The Sneering Axe inflicts penalties on all foe's stats during combat equivalent to the current bonus on each of the foe's stats times two, meaning that any +7 bonus to a stat will become a penalty of -7 while that enemy is in combat with the user. This is in addition to the refined base effect of Legion's previous default weapon, Legion's Axe, which is essentially Panic Smoke. Furthermore, when refined, the Sneering Axe grants the user accelerated special cooldown and bonuses to Attack and Speed during combat if the foe's HP is above 75% at the start of combat.
