Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit is not adjacent to ally, grants Atk+5 to unit and inflicts Atk-5 on foe during combat and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack.
At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to only beast or dragon allies or if unit is not adjacent to any ally, unit transforms (otherwise, unit reverts). If unit transforms, unit can move 1 extra space. (That turn only. Does not stack.) If unit transforms, grants Atk+2.

Sky-Pirate Claw (Japanese: 天空の海賊の嘴爪 Sky-Pirate Beak and Claws) is a weapon skill in the beast category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of the pirate variation of Tibarn. Sky-Pirate Claw is a skill that, in addition to accelerating the cooldown count for its user's special skills, both boosts its user's and drops its target's Attack stats during combat while also guaranteeing its user a follow-up strike provided its user is not adjacent to any allies.
