Skill +2 (技+2, Waza +2) is one of several skills in the Fire Emblem series. As its name says, it boosts the unit's skill stat by 2 points, even if the unit has capped it.
This skill is only present in Fire Emblem Awakening, where it is the basic skill of archers.
