Sing
From Fire Emblem Wiki, your source on Fire Emblem information. By fans, for fans.
Sing (Japanese: 歌う Sing) is a skill which debuted as a command in Fates, then debuted as a defined visible skill as an assist skill appearing in Fire Emblem Heroes. An analogue to other games' Dance skills and commands, it allows other units to perform another action after they have already done one. It is primarily associated with the royalty of Valla—primarily Azura—and as Heroes's representation of a heron's galdrar.
