Hammer (Japanese: ハンマー Hammer) is a uncommon axe appearing in TearRing Saga: Yutona Heroes War Chronicles. It is an inaccurate and heavy axe lowering the probability to hit and double the enemy. However, it possess the ability to deal bonus damage against armored units like Armor Knight and also has a few more durability than the more common Steel Axe for a weapon level slightly higher.
The hammer in TearRing Saga Series: Berwick Saga is quite a bit different. Instead of doing bonus damage against armored units, it has the effect of negating all defense of any unit with the "armored" movement type, which includes innate defenses from a character's statistics as well as any bonuses they can get from a shield.
