The Rusted Shield (Japanese: 錆びた盾 Rusted Shield) is an equipment item which was introduced in Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. A Rusted Shield is stated to be useless in its current state, and as such offers no defensive bonuses and serves only to increase the weight the holder has to hold.

Like the Rusted Sword, Rusted Lance, and Rusted Bow it can be repaired at any smithy. The item a particular Rusted Shield becomes is set depending on where it was obtained; for example, Rusted Shields dropped by Revenants will always become Steel Shields when repaired.
