Ruinous Frost (Japanese: 滅亡の霜雪 Frost and snow of ruin) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the fallen variation of Rhea. Ruinous Frost accelerates the cooldown count of its user's special skills; when a foe initiates combat or has high HP, Ruinous Frost additionally increases the user's Attack, reduces the foe's Attack, and increasing the user's damage based on the foe's Resistance, but also denies both user and foe follow-up attacks.
