The Revenant (Japanese: ゾンビ Zombie) is one of the more common monster classes appearing in the Fire Emblem series. They are animate human corpses. In Gaiden Revenants do not have any designated weapons; in The Sacred Stones, Awakening, and Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, they use monster weapons, such as Rotten Claw and the more powerful Fetid Claw. In rare cases, they carry the Lethal Talon, which causes poison.

Revenants are one of the weaker enemy only classes. Their only useful asset is their high HP, but their low defense means they will be quickly defeated regardless. Otherwise, all of their other stats are extremely low. This means they will rarely hit, usually only attack once, and do little damage. Even their movement is below average at four spaces, though this is increased to five in Awakening, the average movement stat for a base class.

Since they are enemy-only units, their class change details are unknown. The entombed and dracul classes can be considered stronger versions of them.
