Retainer's Report (Japanese: 参謀役の書 Officer's role book) is a weapon skill in the red tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Hubert. Retainer's Report boosts its user's stats and allows them to automatically make a follow-up attack in combat should the target either have sufficiently high HP or an active penalty; when refined, it additionally lowers the target's attack, defense, resistance, and special skill cooldown charge and causes them to take additional damage in combat if the user is involved in a Rally or movement assist skill.

At start of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to unit during combat. 【Guard】 Inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on target per attack during combat through its next action. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.) 【Exposure】 Foe's attacks deal +10 damage. |
