Restore

FESK Restore.png
Artwork of a restore staff from the Fire Emblem Trading Card Game.

A staff that restores a unit to normal condition. It also restores the wielder's condition each turn.

Type
  • Staff (all appearances except Shadows of Valentia and Three Houses)
  • White magic (Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, Three Houses)
First game

Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War

The Restore (Japanese: レスト Rest) is an uncommon staff in the Fire Emblem series. Restore's purpose is to cure status conditions inflicted against allies; in all of its appearances save for Thracia 776, where it cannot heal petrification, it is capable of clearing all status conditions.

The Restore staff appears in all games that feature status conditions except Fates—namely having debuted in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War and appearing in every game up to Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn; it later resurfaced in Echoes: Shadows of Valentia as a white magic spell associated with the Exemplar overclass accessible via a DLC package.

Trivia

  • Unlike other third- and fourth-tier healing assist skills in Heroes, Restore is not associated with a single particular second-tier skill; Nanna has Mend for her second-tier assist, whereas Loki instead has Reconcile for hers.
