Rally Speed

Rally Speed (Japanese: 速さの叫び Speed Cry) is a rally skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Awakening. A class skill associated with the Falcon Knight, it allows its user to spend their turn to provide all nearby allies with a temporary increase to their speed.

Rally Speed is present as a skill on one card in Fire Emblem Cipher: B02-045R Wings Pursuing Perfection, Caeldori. It is a trigger skill which activates automatically when one of Caeldori's flying-type allies attacks and defeats an enemy. When this happens, if the player chooses to do so, they may choose one of their units other than Caeldori herself and move them to a different row. It is a Class Change Skill, meaning that it can only be used if Caeldori has changed class from a base-class card instead of being deployed as this advanced-class card.
