The Rainbow Tonic (Japanese: 虹の秘薬 Rainbow Secret Medicine) is a very rare stat-boosting item which was introduced in Fire Emblem: New Mystery of the Emblem. It combines the effects of seven of the tonics (not the HP Tonic) into a single item, giving the user temporary boosts in seven stats for the duration of one chapter.
