Quickened Pulse

Quickened Pulse (Japanese: 奥義の鼓動 Mysterious pulse) is a single-tiered Sacred Seal skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. When equipped with this seal, a unit will have their special attack cooldown reduced by 1 at the start of a map; after turn 1, it has no effect.
To obtain the Quickened Pulse seal, players must earn a total of 50,000 points in the June 2017 edition of the Tempest Trials; it was later made available as a 6,000 point reward in the September 2017 edition of Tempest Trials Mini, and then via the Sacred Seal Forge in exchange for Badges and Sacred Coins.
