Provoke (Japanese: 挑発 Provocation) is a combat skill which debuted in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. It increases the chance of the skill's user being targeted by enemies during the enemy phase instead of any other allied units in the range of enemies. While the skill may seem detrimental given how purposely luring enemies into attacking units may increase the likelihood that they may get killed, it can be very useful for luring opponents away from the player's main forces. As such, this skill is very well suited for a user that can tank hits and/or avoid attacks reliably.
