Project X Zone 2 (プロジェクト クロスゾーン2:ブレイブニューワールド Project X Zone 2: Brave New World) is a crossover tactical RPG for the Nintendo 3DS, developed by Monolith Soft and published by Bandai Namco. It is the sequel to Project X Zone, originally released in 2013, and, like its predecessor, features numerous playable characters from various Capcom, Sega, and Bandai Namco games. Alongside these, three characters of Nintendo origin feature: Fiora from Xenoblade Chronicles, and Chrom and Lucina from Fire Emblem Awakening.[1]

Characters
Two Fire Emblem series characters are playable in Project X Zone 2: Chrom and Lucina, both hailing from Fire Emblem Awakening, who feature together as a single pair unit.
Pair units
Pair units are the game's primary sets of playable characters. Typically, they feature two characters from the same series, or from two similar or related series. Currently, there are 38 known characters across 19 pair units.
