Pact Blooms

Pact Blooms (Japanese: 約束の花 Flowers of Promise Kept) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Pact Blooms is a skill that, if its user is in close proximity to an ally, drops its target's Attack and Resistance during combat while also slightly healing its user upon successfully landing an attack on the target.
