Game(s)

Order's Restraint is a passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Order's Restraint comes in only one tier. Units with Order's Restraint boost the Attack and Resistance of nearby allies while neutralizing any effects that would turn those allies' bonuses into penalties (but not the effects themselves), with the effect extending to the user if the user has three or more allies within two spaces of it.
