The Ocean Seal (Japanese: 覇者の証 Conqueror's Proof) is one of several promotion items in the Fire Emblem series.
The Ocean Seal has appeared in two games in the series: The Blazing Blade and The Sacred Stones. In Fire Emblem, its lone purpose was to promote Pirates, a function that was part of the Hero Crest's job in The Binding Blade; this function also carried over to The Sacred Stones. The Sacred Stones also gave the Ocean Seal the ability to promote thieves, a function that belonged to the Fell Contract in Fire Emblem.
