Observant Staff (Japanese: 立会人の杖 Observer staff) is a weapon skill in the staff category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Observant Staff is a skill that boosts the user's stats and neutralizes the foe's bonuses during combat when the user is near a support pair.
