The Mortal Savant (Japanese: エピタフ Epitaph) is an advanced magical class which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. It specializes in swordsmanship and black magic.
The class acts as somewhat of a "jack of all trades", having decent stats around the board, albeit with somewhat mediocre speed. It is capable of both powerful physical damage with swords, as well as strong magic damage, allowing it to deal with either type of defense when it needs to.
