Morgan (Japanese: モルガン Morgan) is an Etrurian general who sold himself out to Bern and put in charge of rounding up worthy work on the Western Isle of Caldonia to be sent to work the mines of Mount Eburacum, and the boss of chapter 11 of the western route of Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade. Morgan was already having to deal with escapees from the local prison where the potential mine workers were being held when Roy's army arrived in the area; Morgan would ultimately end up being defeated by Roy's army.

Morgan appears in Chapter 11B. He guards Castle Edina on orders from Arcardo. Some slaves that imprisoned in the castle escaped, so Morgan's army pursued them. Unfortunately, Roy's army arrive at the same time to help the slaves. Later, Roy defeats him and freed all the slaves.
