Moon-Twin Wing is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Moon-Twin Wing comes in only one tier. Units with Moon-Twin Wing, should their HP be sufficiently high at the start of combat, drops its target's Attack and Speed during combat along with, should its user's Speed be higher than the target's, reduce any damage dealt to the user by both attacks and area-of-effect special skills (other than those associated with Røkkr Sieges) based on the difference between the Speed stats.
