— Metodey, towards Byleth and their allies.

Metodey is a minor antagonist appearing in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. He is an assassin hired by the Flame Emperor.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses

Role

Metodey makes his first chronological appearance in Cindered Shadows Chapter 5, as the leader of a group of bandits who have abducted Aelfric to seize the Chalice of Beginnings. Byleth and their companions defeat him and drive him off. He next appears in Chapter 11 of the main story in the Holy Tomb to raid the Tomb of its Crest Stones just after Byleth sits on Sothis's throne, alongside the Flame Emperor and some Adrestian soldiers. Metodey then attempts to slay either Byleth and/or their class should they initiate battle with him, only to end up slain in the process.

Metodey makes no other appearances in the story should he be ignored completely during Chapter 11.
