Matrona (Japanese: マトローナ Matrona) is a regalia healing staff which appears only in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. Acting as a more potent version of Physic, it fully heals a single unit at any range, with the additional effect of boosting the target's biorhythm to its peak position.

- Tied with the Radiant Dawn incarnation of the Ashera Staff, Matrona has by far the highest base crit of any item in the entire Fire Emblem series.
- Micaiah/Yune is seen wielding Matrona in the "Final Strike" cutscene at the end of the Part 4 Endgame.
