Mastermind (Japanese: 天才 Prodigy) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. The personal skill of Lysithea, it doubles the amount of skill experience that she earns in battle. It does not affect skill experience learned elsewhere, such as instruction or choir practice. It is also present on the Death Knight, an enemy and non-playable character. However, it serves no purpose on him as enemies and NPCs do not gain skill experience.
It is functionally identical to the Discipline skill from Radiant Dawn and Awakening, and even features a very similar icon.
