Combat monks who use staves to heal wounded allies. They are versed in the martial arts of self-defense.

The Martial Monk (Japanese: モンク Monk) is a base magical class which debuted in Fire Emblem Engage. It is a healer class which uses staves, and distinguishes itself from previous base healer classes by being able to defend itself using arts. As a Qi Adept-type unit, it is also capable of defending adjacent allies using the Chain Guard command. The Martial Monk may promote to either Martial Master or High Priest.
